Special Education Regional Staff

The Norwest AEA Special Education Division is divided into six geographic regions that encompass the agency's 36 public school districts and have an assigned regional facilitator to provide administrative leadership and oversight. To provide customer-focused services, Northwest AEA has offices in Sioux City, Sioux Center, Cherokee, Le Mars, Ida Grove, Onawa and Denison.

Region A:

West Lyon, Central Lyon George-Little Rock, Rock Valley, Boyden-Hull, Sioux Center, West Sioux, MOC- Floyd Valley

Region B:

Sibley-Ocheyedan, Sheldon, Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn, South O'Brien, March-Meriden-Cleghorn, Cherokee, Aurelia, Kingsley-Pierson, River Valley, Galva-Holstein

Region C:

Akron Westfield, Le Mars, 1/3 Sioux City

Region D:

Hinton, Lawton-Bronson, Woodbury Central, 1/3 Sioux City

Region E:

Sergeant Bluff-Luton, Westwood, Whiting, 1/3 Sioux City

Region F:

Anthon-Oto, Battle Creek-Ida Grove, Maple Valley, West Monona, Charter Oak-Ute, Schleswig, Denison, Ar-We-Va
